As a consultant, he helps small businesses, non-profits, and community leaders develop and market impactful career development programs. A proud Denver Public Schools (DPS) alumni, Dr. Bowen played a key role as a founding staff member at Highline Academy Northeast, contributing to the school’s growth and success.
